Ring Hop Ceremony

Greetings, ladies and gentlemen. I am honored to be with you today at this much-anticipated event.

I'd like to congratulate our students for attaining this milestone on behalf of the entire CTS community, because I'm sure your path to this point hasn't been simple. It felt like you were on a bumpy road or a roller coaster ride the entire time you were in college. There were many sacrifices and hard effort that you had to make to get to this point. So, in the presence of your friends, parents, and the CTS community, you deserve to be here to celebrate your exceptional achievement through the traditional Ring Hop Ceremony, as well as Hooding and Pinning Ceremonies.

The class ring you are about to receive is a unique emblem of your accomplishment as well as an outward symbol of your diploma. The ring also represents your one-of-a-kind and lifelong connection to your alma mater.

We, your CTS family, hope that your ring will be a powerful connection to your school and everyone who is with you on this journey as you venture forth and find success and fulfillment.

Similarly, you may be experiencing the pressures of the outside world right now, but we, your CTS family, hope that every time you look at your ring, you will be reminded of the beautiful experiences and challenges you overcame to stay on track to success.

Finally, while the way a class ring is worn differs from school to school around the world, the most important thing is to WEAR your band with pride and retain its importance and value.

Thank you for your attention and time, and have a nice afternoon.

Closing Remarks on "A Talk on Mental Well-Being"

 Good morning!

I'd like to express my heartfelt gratitude for this valuable opportunity, as not everyone is lucky enough to be made aware of his/her mental health. Thank you very much to our resource speaker, as well as ma'am Ida and ma'am Ponz, for making this webinar possible. Appreciation is also extended to our participants.

We've been in the middle of a pandemic for almost two years, and our mental health, like our physical health, is in jeopardy. A person infected with the coronavirus can be asymptomatic or symptomatic, just as a person suffering from depression, one of the most common and serious medical conditions, can be asymptomatic or symptomatic. A depressed person may appear happy and smile all the time, but deep down inside, he or she is completely broken. There are no signs of sorrow or anguish.

A covid positive patient, on the other hand, may seek medical help to heal, while a depressed person must cope on his/her own. Despite the fact that experts may provide assistance, the depressed person retains complete control of his or her recovery.

As a result, knowing the signs and symptoms of depression, as well as how to deal with them, will aid in the saving of more lives. It's important to remember that this disease can affect everyone.

That being said, I'd like to express my gratitude for your time once again.
